Vehicle Detail
JUST REALIZED SOMEONE HAS REMOVED THE STARTER AND PART OF THE SWITCH HOUSING WITH THE STARTER BUTTON (RIGHT SIDE). IT'S PROBABLY IN THE SHOP SOMEWHERE BUT WE CAN'T FIND IT. BECAUSE OF THIS, PRICE IS NOW LOWERED!!! EBAY REQUIRES A CATEGORY--THERE IS NOT ONE FOR "NO TITLE" BUT THIS BIKE HAS NO TITLE. ALSO MILEAGE IS WHAT IS SHOWN ON ODOMETER--DON'T KNOW ACTUAL MILEAGE. This is a great parts or project bike, or great candidate for restoration to original with just a little effort. Last year of the SOHC on the "original" 750s and is Four in-line. We planned to turn it into a bobber but just haven't had time. Parts are in fair to good condition. Key is in ignition, was running when parked and has been started once since then. Electric start but starter has been removed--Rick's Motorsport Electric sells them. We just realized it and have lowered the price accordingly. Stored inside for a few years, will likely need tires, battery, carbs recleaned--we were told it had a fresh carb rebuild when we bought it. ENGINE DOES TURN OVER WITH GOOD COMPRESSION. Tank looks good, everything looks as if it will clean up well (seat needs recovering), OEM parts can be restored or parted out, to make a little money if your plan is to chop it. Please ask any questions prior to bidding--bike is being sold as "PARTS BIKE AS IS" We reserve the right to end the listing early since it is also for sale locally. (The bike is garaged at our shop but is owned & being sold privately) Willing to deliver for a small fee depending on where you are. Please email with your location and will let you know whether it's feasible and how much. The bike is located between Columbia and Charleston South Carolina, right off of I-26 & I-95.
