1998 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Laramie 4x4 - 5.9L Cummins Diesel 24 Valve - Quad Cab - Short Bed - Automatic. It has 106,782 miles. It is in pristine condition with very minimal wear and tear. It is silver with gray cloth interior. It is a one-owner truck originally purchased in California and has remained there its entire life. The autocheck report is perfect. The truck has never been in an accident and has been garaged most of its life. This is non-smoker’s truck (the lighter has never been used). It has the famous 5.9L Cummins 24 Valve motor with an automatic transmission. It has all the standard SLT Laramie features and some factory upgrades. Here are a few of the notable features: Automatic transmission, 3.55 limited slip axle, shift on the floor 4x4, bed mat, trailer tow package, sliding rear window, Kenwood CD player with IPOD input, Infinity speaker system, heated mirrors and much more. The truck comes with 3 keys, 1 tonneau cover key, and owner’s manual. On the exterior, the truck is in exceptional condition. There are 90+ pictures to accurately disclose the condition of the truck. The paint is very glossy and does not have any signs of fading. There is no rust. There are no dents or notable scratches. There is a very small door ding on the driver’s door (impossible to see in pictures). The inside of the bed has a bed mat, which has covered the bed since new. There are some scratches on the inside of the bed as can be seen in pictures. It has never had a fifth wheel hitch. The tonneau cover is in excellent condition and the shock hoists work perfectly. The interior is in likewise in remarkable condition. All the power windows, door locks, etc work great. A/C and heater work great. The cloth interior, carpet, and headliner are in excellent condition with no staining or abnormal wear. The dash and instrument panel are in pristine condition with no cracks or notable wear. Mechanically, the engine runs very strong. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering are solid. The Toyo Open Country 265/75/16 E-Rated tires have 60-80% tread remaining. The truck has aftermarket rear airbags with the valves located near the license plate. This truck fires right up in the morning and runs flawlessly. Overall this truck is as clean as you can find for a 1998 with 106k miles. It has the appearance of a 2-3 year old truck with maybe 20-30k miles. This is a NO RESERVE auction and the high bidder takes the truck home.
