For auction is a 1997 BMW 318ti, manual transmission, with 225,000 miles.Vehicle is in non-running condition after a botched clutch replacement (bolts holding the transmission and engine together backed out). Would be an excellent parts car, or starting point for a six-cylinder swap. Interior is in good condition for age (few broken trim pieces, driver's side door panel loose (anyone who owns one of these can guess why ;), driver's seat is worn) Exterior is in excellent condition, with only minor scratches in paint (it was a daily driver).Chassis and suspension were meticulously maintained, felt like it was new right until it failed.
