1983 Lamborghini Jalpa Targa. Extremely rare Lamborghini, one of only 240 ever built in all the years of production. This is the very early production as can be seen from the rectangle tail lights, and #24 VIN. Far fewer than the larger Countach, the Jalpa numbers are closer to the production numbers of Miura's. These cars are certain to increase in value and are becoming extremely hard to find. This is the only one in metallic blue I have ever seen, other than the blue spyder which is housed at the Lamborghini Museum in Dosso Italy (that car was a prototype and even now is not as originally complete as this one for sale) That being said, this car does need re power which is up to buyer. I do not have time to put an engine in it. I have numbers from different folks who want to put everything from a turbine engine to electric motors in it. However, I believe it should get the Lamborghini V8 back in it, although other V8s have been used. In any event, this car is extremely rare and this is a once in a lifetime chance to own an authentic antique mid engine Lamborghini for less than the cost of many kit cars. I do have a complete Lamborghini Jalpa engine for sale, which I will be posting soon (engine did not come out of this car, so numbers will not match) There is no rust on this car. Good luck bidding.
