Had to pick 'used' but it is NEW. Wife rode it three times and couldn't get used to it. And now we have a 3 year old daughter, so wife doesn't want it. Dirt bike has been housed in dry garage since purchase in 2008. I start is every now and again to keep it running. It is NEW. I spent $2200 on it back in 2008 and she doesn't want it.
