There is small wear on the lower left hand side of the drivers side seat, picture is shown. We have all the records since we owned the car in 2010. April 2012 the car received from BMW new front and rear brakes, new power steering pressure hose, new brake fluid, new power steering fluid, tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment and new alternator drive belt. April 2012 the cars warranty with BMW was about the expire so we took it to BMW and anything that needed fixed or was about to need to be fixed, they did. The car had 65,592 miles on it at that time.
