This is a 1934 Ford Phaeton. It has a clean California title and is registered in California as a 1934 Ford. It does have a Gibbons of Nebraska fiberglass body. The car has a Chevy 283 motor coupled to a 200R4 Transmission. The Distributor is by MSD. The radiator is new and the shell is a new Bob Drake stainless steel. The engine is bolted to a 34 Ford chassis that has been boxed. The Trans is a turbo 200R4 that works perfectly. The rear end is a Ford 9 inch with what I think is 3:73 gears. It goes down the high way at 70mph no problem with the top up. The top is LeBaron & Bonny with a new stainless steel frame that goes up and down. You can take the top off with 2 bolts. The inside needs completing. There is no implied warranty, and it is being sold as is. Listed below is a partial list of the things that have been done on the car. If you want to change color it’s up to that point and all of the mechanical work is done. Next you will need a complete interior kit which is available from LeBaron & Bonny. There is a small rock chip in the windshield. Car drives great and is very responsive to the throttle. At 70 MPH on the freeway the Tach reads 1600 RMP. Is fun to drive and gets lots of thumbs up from passer bys. Age and Health requires that the car goes to a new home. This is a great car to drive or take to shows it is not a 100 point car. I'm an honest seller so ask questions; I will do my best to answer them. The car can be seen in Southern California by appointment only and as always I suggest coming and seeing it first hand. I will only take a deposit of $1500.00 on Pay Pal the rest to be paid by cleared check or cash. The car is for sale in my area so I might end the auction at any time.
