Vehicle Detail

Selling a beautiful and rare Montego Blue Metallic Exterior/Saddle Brown Dakota Leather Interior 335i Convertible with many options and extremely low miles. It is my weekend car, so not driven often and garaged. I have all the service records. All work done at VOB BMW in Maryland and Erhard BMW in Michigan. This car is a joy to own and very attractive with the M-Sport Bumper and sharp color. I've added a clear bra professionally installed to avoid stone chips in the front. Please don't contact me to make a lower bid than the starting bid of 29,000. I am not interested and am happy to keep it for another year if no one realizes the gem this car is. Some of the surprising pleasures of this car are: -Color combination will get many comments -First year for the hardtop so appears much more new than it is -Hardtop gives a tremendous sense of security and also keeps noise to normal car levels -Sport seats are fantastically comfortable. Sit in the Sport seat and non-Sport seat before buying any BMW -M-Sport bumper makes it look much less dowdy that most 2007s. Looks like an M3 from the front. -The programmable 6 buttons are ingenious. You can program one to a specific phone number on your iPhone and it will call the number with one touch of the button without you taking your phone out or docking it. I've also got my home address navigation set as one of the buttons. This might not seem obvious, but it's great to get a traffic-compensated estimated time that I'll be home. -I updated the DVD for the navigation last year, so all the Starbucks are more or less current. -The voice control is so-so. Works, but you have to speak quite clearly. -The cruise control is quite thoughtfully done with a little dial that mimics the speedometer, and lots of adjustments. It will also brake on the downhills to maintain the speed. Very German. -Real rear seat. -I will never buy another car that doesn't have the pivoting Xenon lights that point around the corner. Wonderful. -The Comfort Access option means two great things: you don't ever have to take your key out of your pocket to get into the car, turn it on, turn it off, lock the car. also, you can open and close the top standing outside the car by holding down the lock or unlock key. This last feature is shockingly useful. I bought a set of Bridgestone Blizzak WS60 225/40R18 winter tires on nice aluminum OEM looking wheels that I bought from Tire Rack. Those are included and are pictured. The car has it's original tires on it, which the BMW dealer says are still fine (I don't drive this car as much as I'd like to). Other than normal maintenance, I've had various squeaks and rattles obsessively gone over by the BMW dealer. I've had the HPFP fuel pump replaced on a recall/warranty even though I never noticed anything wrong. I've had the turbocharger replaced when I thought I heard a little rattle at start up. I had the driver airbag replaced when I noticed a bit of discoloration on the BMW emblem on the steering wheel (which I guess comes as an assembly with the airbag). I've had the front bumper replaced with the M-Sport bumper after scraping the original bumper on a tight underground parking garage wall while backing up. Very frustrating to have my baby harmed, but a great excuse to get the better looking bumper. There are two little dents that I've tried to capture in photos at the end. It's hard to see in the photos, but when the light strikes it just right, you can make it out. They are penny sized little indentations - Probably from poor parking lot behavior from other drivers. There is a 4 inch scratch in the rear trunk that I took a photo of too. The BMW dealer sealed it up with a matching paint about a year ago and I see no ill effects. It pained me greatly at the time though. Hopefully you can make it out in the picture I've attached to the listing. I'm sure I haven't answer all your questions, so please let me know if there's anything you'd like to know. It has all the options except for automatic transmission, Active Cruise and Active Steering.
