What mechanical condition is it in? Naturally, the car is well maintained and has no excessive oil use, smoke, or burning. All the options are currently working except as noted below. So What Makes This a Special Buy?: This car is currently setup for reliable daily driver use, but performs more like a slot-car. Exhaust is quiet as I like it, but easily tweaked for those with more aggressive spirits. The supercharger setup has run reliably in this car now for quite a few years, and it has a K40 radar detector installed. Features: CD Changer, Cruise Control, Power Seats, Memory Seats, Bucket Seats, Remote Keyless Entry, Anti-Lock Brakes, Airbag: Driver, Airbag: Passenger, Power Windows, Power Locks, Leather Interior, Sunroof/Moonroof, Rear Window Defroster, Alarm,A/C: Front,Power Steering, Airbag: Side, Alloy Wheels, side window shades and electric-operated rear sun shade. This 528 has rack and pinion steering and the spare tire too, two features not even available on the M5 model. Quite a few upgrades to give the M5 look have been done including logos on the back, the wheels, the engine, as well as the M5 fog lights, dual-toned seats, and the like. Are there any Problems or things not working?: The skid control is disabled, as it typically is installed where the supercharger was installed. I’ve also noticed a minor clutch rattle at idle due to the light fly wheel clutch. The supercharger mod seems to trigger the check engine light as well, but it drives well. More Selling Points: This car is being sold for less than we spent with Dinan just to professionally tune the fuel ratios for the supercharger, and we have the receipts to show for it. The stereo equalizer, amp, and subwoofer and iPod attachment upgrades will only be included if the final payment or auction price meets or exceeds $6,500. Alternatively, they can be also added after the auction for an additional $600 charge.
