Up for sale is my 1978 Bronco Ranger XLTI bought it in 2010 and made some serious upgrades!Upgrades by previous owner at Purchase in 2010Detroit Lockers in the Front and the Rear Axles with 4.10 gearsWarn Hubs4" suspension lift2" body lift37" x 12.50" Goodyear WranglersCD player stereonewer bucket seats15 x 10 aluminum wheelscustom rear bumperFlip Up SunroofUpgrades by me since 2010 (This has been a work in progress so there are practically NO MILES on these upgrades)351M Engine with 95,500 miles has the following upgrades:Comp Cam Extreme energy kit that included valve springs, timing set, hydraulic lifters, Cam.All the smog crap removed!Hardened PushrodsNew Spark PlugsNew MSD wiresNew MSD Blaster II coilNew dist cap and rotorNew Edelbrock 400 Performer Aluminum IntakeNew Holley Truck Avenger 670 cfm 4 barrel CarbNew Chrome Valve coversNew Gasket and seal kitNew Chrome K&N air cleanerNew Interstate battery (with quick disconnect)Transmission C6 Fresh from RebuildNP205 Transfercase Fresh gasket and seal kit just installedBrakes were complete gone through by Donahue Auto in early 2012 and they replaced a caliper in the front and a Brake Cylinder in the rear.I had to replace the front brake line that runs across the axle so that is new.New Battery 5/1/2012 (Megatron II)New Flaming River Steering Shaft installed 2011 and is practically unused as of yet.New Ignition set installed 2011 (thought this was where the battery was draining but it wasnt so that is new)New Flowtech painted headers, new exhaust pipes, and (2) new 31" cherry bombs making true dual exhaust sound!Transmission shop replaced 2 new U-Joints in the driveline that were going bad..New ignition and key set 09-2011, new voltage regulator 05-2013Factory optionsDana 44 Front is reinforced and it looks to be factory installed (disk brakes up front)Ford 9 inch rear end (Drum Brakes) Donahue auto said they were fine no work needed other than the driverside brake cylinder was replaced.It has a couple options that were on Free Wheeling Broncos like the cactus pusher on the front bumper and the rally style steering wheel. (both of which are rare items)Body:The body needs help if you plan to make it a show truck or restore. I am leaving the truck as is because it will be for trails and light road use. The top comes off and on easily and I have not had any leaks of any kind. The rear window has always worked for me.If you have any more questions let me know in a message. This vehicle just finished up at the transmission shop, and just came back from the exhaust shop getting the cherry bombs installed.The body work will be the last major work. If that is your specialty this is the vehicle for you. If you just want a nice mud truck or trail truck and could care less about the exterior this is definitely the truck for you.
