I am the second owner of this Jeep. I've driven it mostly highway miles for my last job and have maintained it well. This jeep starts and the engine runs well but since about a week ago the transmission hasn't worked. it doesn't shift out of park and when it does, it wont shift past about 20 mph. My mechanic told me it could be either a problem with the transmission or one of its components and suggested I have it checked with a transmission shop. I don't have time to spare for this so I decided to sell it instead and lease a new pickup truck. Condition: The Engine starts and runs great. The ride is comfotable and handling is tight, nice amplified sound system, the body is in a really good shape. Up until a week ago I was driving it daily. As noted above, the transmission needs servicing. The climate control doesn't work right, and some other typical wear-and-tear. Even after you figure in some repairs, the price is still low. the inspection sticker is valid. The original owner told me he had a small fender bender with it once while looking for a parking spot, but i couldn't tell where.
