Very clean 2000 BMW X5 4.4i Sport Package. Powerful, very fun, 282-horsepower V8 motor. Drives like a sports car. Loaded with all available options, including the Activity Package (that Kelly Blue Book does not even list this as an option, but it was). I bought from the original owner just over 3 years ago while living near him in Newport Beach, California. He was a meticulous pilot and ordered it directly from BMW as soon as they came out. I have the original window sticker that lists all the options it has on it. It also lists the original price of $60,270. This car was my wife's daily driver so it was babied. We just moved from Southern California to downtown Chicago and unfortunately we just learned we only have one parking space available to us, not two. Thinking we were keeping it I just spent $1,235 on it a few weeks ago (right before our move) for new front brakes, new front brake rotors, new front brake sensors, a left rear air suspension bag (did the right rear previously), and a fresh synthetic oil change. New top of the line Michelin tires last fall. Obviously no rust since it has never seen snow or salt and has been in California all its life. Some of the options it has on it: Navigation, Heated Seats, Heated Steering Wheel, Privacy Glass, CD Changer, Moonroof, Retractable Load Floor, Sport Suspension, 19" wheels & tires, Shadowline Trim, Headlight Washer System. I have an extra, brand new key for it that we've never used - plus all of my service & maintenance records going back to when I purchased it. I have always owned it free and clear so I have the California title to it in my possession. Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com), who slightly underestimates the value because they do not offer the Activity Package as an option one can select, lists the current Private Party Value as $7,348 for "Excellent" condition and $7,048" for "Very Good" condition.
