EXCELLENT CONDITION Up for sale is my 2005 Honda CIVIC VP PACKAGE. I am the original owner and sole driver of this vehicle. It is adult owned and not beat on. It is a non smoker vehicle and has been maintained by the same mechanic throughout my ownership. The is a VP package car - meaning no leather seats, no power windows, no power seats etc. However, it is automatic and the air conditioner works perfectly. It DOES have power steering, Power brakes and intermittent wipers and a rear defogger. It has 163,500 miles presently and the mileage will increase as I do drive it regularly. These cars will run forever as long as they are properly maintained. It has been and I am confident this car can be driven anywhere in its present condition. This car is presently insured and registered and used daily. I am a car enthusiast so I take maintenance seriously! Exterior:Car has never been in an accident - The structural integrity of the car is there. There is no rust or hidden surprises in the floors / trunk or underneath the vehicle. It does have scratches and a few dings here and there after 8 years of dutiful use, but no surprises. Interior:It is a cloth interior - normal wear and tare, no holes or cigarette burns. it has been kept clean - perhaps a french fry or two under the seat etc! :). The seats are clean with no major stains. The dashboard does not have any cracks or discoloration. Honda truly builds a great car. The carpet is worn, the new owner can buy floor mats if he or she chooses. The most wear is on the driver side floor. The floor is worn near the gas pedal and one can see the discoloration where the left foot rests. The driver rear passenger door has the fabric hanging off the door - nothing a little contact cement can't handle. Mechanically:Oil has been changed religiously every 3000 miles. Car is smooth, not electrical or mechanical issues that I am aware of. I spend alot of time in this car and I rely on it.- Timing belt changed at 106,000 miles- Full tuneup at 106,000 miles- O2 sensore replaced at 115,000 miles- Transmission fluid completely changed at 106,000 miles- New Tires put on in November 2012 - plenty of tread / use left.- brakes and suspension are fine. Front rotors changed ~2 years ago. rear brakes - adjusted as needed. This is a great car at an inexpensive price. There are no warranties expressed or implied. Vehicle is "sold as is" and "where is".
