I am selling my 1995 Dodge Ram Truck. I planned on keeping the truck and using it around the farm, but need unfortunately need to sell. This truck has been used pulling a gooseneck stock trailer and farm chores. Ithas the 12-Valve Cummis Turbo Diesle Engine, Automatic Transmission that is slipping bad in 3rd Gear. It is 4x4 with a goosneck hitch. It was a really nice truck in it's day! It is to be sold "As-Is"... I am an honest person and will try to detail exactly what I know to be wrong with the truck. The transmission starting slippin last Summer in 3rd gear. I have driven up and down our well road driveway on the farm through the Winter and up and Down the road short distances to get hay. Sometimes, it drives fine, other times it slips to no end when it tries to shift into 3rd gear. The engine has started smoking at about 1800 rpm this Spring. I am not sure if it is because it has sat so much, or if there is soemthing going wrong with the engine. It starts without a hitch for me and runs up and down the drive. I never even plugged it in this winter, and we live in a cold climate. It always started right up. It has quite a bit of rust and the frame is starting to crack near the fuel tank. If you are familar with older dodge's, you know where I am talking about. The truck does have a gooseneck hitch in it that is adjustable. The interior is dirty, but is not terrible. The fule gauge has never worked for us. We have put 120,000+ miles on it since we have owned it. You can usually get about 450 miles tot he a tank. Again, this truck is used and will need some work.
