Hi, Here is a rare opportunity on a 1954 Packard 400 Convertible !! It´s a project car so bid accordingly ! Definitely needs a lot of work but well worth it... I bought this car almost 3 years ago from a gettleman from Ohio, the car has been in a dry storage last 20 years.... and it´s 90 % complete... It´s missing some trims .... There is a new carpet and a convertible kit that i´m including on this auction... Rust is mostly in the rockers and the rear quarters.... Someone started to install repair panels on the quarters one still to be done ( It´s included). The doors, hood and trunk lid are very solid... the driver´s front fender has just a very little bit on the botton. The passenger front fender has significant rust but has an extra fender included to replace it. The rear fender skirts are present and OK. The floors are still reasonably solid, just one small spot I noticed. The trunk floor is fine too ! The interior appears complete, gauges in decent shape.. The engine is a proper 359 but has a 327 head on it..... I´m not sure if they were preparing to change the head or what . but the oil lines are not all hooked up, some other engine components removed but included.... Engine is not stuck.... sorry do not have the air cleaner..... The automatic transmission looks good.. There are also some extra trim pieces in the trunk, handles, lenses, grill lights... The windshield needs replaced...... The car has a bill of sale only..... The car is located in Pompano Beach , please schedule to look at the car before auction end......non refundable deposit !
