Vehicle Detail
1972 Jeep Commando Hard Top Convertible 304 V8 Very Nice 1972 Jeep Commando Hard Top Convertible 304 V8 with Auto Transmission. Garage kept and recently restored. Mileage showing is 127,200 but is not guaranteed. New parts include - new water pump, fuel pump, carburetor overhaul, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air cleaner, distributor cap, valve cover gaskets, volt regulator, master cylinder, all wheel cylinder, all brake shoes, both tail pipes, all 4 shocks, front tires, new front windshield, color match exterior paint, along with some extra interior/exterior additions and lots of cosmedics. Also includes the original owners manual. The majority of the interior is factory original. This vintage Jeep does have the normal signs of age and wear but is in great overall condition for a 40 year old vehicle. It is also current and up to date on the inspection and registration and ready for the road. Please see the many photos below. Note: Colors may vary depending on your monitor. On Mar-21-13 at 13:48:58 PDT, seller added the following information: The Jeep comes with 3 keys. The rear bumper has been rebuilt from wood. The drivers door does not lock and passenger door locks from the inside but does not have the exterior key hole mechanism. Both of the rear taillights have cracks/chips. There is a small dent above the front passenger wheel. The turn signal blinkers do not have an automatic shut off. All of the gauges, wipers, fan, defrost, heat, interior and exterior lights work (one of the turn signal blinkers on the interior panel just stopped lighting up - could be a fuse or a short). Even the small dash light above all the switches works.
