Selling my 1990 Classic Saab 900 Turbo Convertible. White/Burgundy leather, Automatic transmission. Have owned 3 years, barely driven and all needs attended to. $4,000 documented parts and service in past 2 years. I bought the car due to its rust free body and pan. New upper and lower ball joints, brake calipers, pads, shocks (KYB), sway bar bushings, CV Axle. All fresh fluids (Transmission, final drive, coolant, brake). New exhaust downpipe, New Fuel Pump, ECU, New drivers window motor. Full tune up just completed with genuine Saab/Bosch/Bougicord parts, New Interstate battery, New Goodyear tires (4). Current PA inspected. Runs and drives flawlessly. Very Straight body devoid of dings or scratches. Power top works/looks good. All glass is excellent. Electronics work (antenna, windows, top, switches, interior and exterior lights, guages and guage lights, etc. Aftermarket CD stereo. Leather seats all nice with no tears. Door and rear side panel fabric recovered by upholstery shop in matching red/black checkered cloth to match New Coco floor mats (4). This classic Saab has been thoroughly gone over, sorted, and sparingly driven under my ownership with all essential needs being addressed. In the interest of Full Disclosure, the following are mentioned: A/C Compressor bearing is fried. A Good Used Unit is included with sale. The dash has cracks. $130 Covercraft will fix. Rear window insert fabric outer layer is starting to fray - does not leak. Cosmetic only. If I were keeping it, these are the only remaining issues to address to make this Saab as close to perfect as possible. New owner gets a well sorted, rust free, beautiful example of Saab's greatest built car which gets compliments everywhere it gets driven. I simply need to thin the herd. The vehicle is also listed locally for sale and thus I reserve the right to end the auction early should a deal be struck before the auction ends. I prefer a local sale but will help with coordinating transportation should the winning bidder require such arrangemments.
