Vehicle Detail
1967 Mustang Fastback 4 speed car that apparently saw alot of time at the dragstrip. Car is complete inside with the exception of the headliner, radio, small stuff. Car needs floor pans front and back and has a fuel cell so will need a new gas tank. Has a new front end including disc brakes, sway bar, springs, almost everything replaced. I have taken pictures of what I could get underneath the car but was limited on my shots. Doors have no rust as do the shock towers. Quarter panels do need to be replaced but I have taken pictures of for your viewing. Glass is all there and in good shape. I have no transmission to go with the car. It has 9in ford locker rear end. Don't know gear ratio. I have cloned three of these to a GT 500 Shelby and this is a good car to start with, especially being a 4 speed car and the disc brakes. Now for the interesting and good part. I am also including in the buy it now a complete 1967 date coded 427 side oiler that has been rebuilt. First let me be clear that the engine is a marine engine that came out of a 1967 Chriscraft yacht with only 200 hours on the engines. I purchased them both and put one in my 1963 country squire wagon and the other was going into this Shelby clone. The motors were so nice that the machine shop only put rings and bearings in the internals along with new cam bearings as a R code solid lifter cam was installed. Now this is a low compression engine of 9 to1 and it has 390 heads on the rebuild that have been rebuilt. I am also including a complete set of Ross-Banks forged pistons comp ratio 11.2. Also 427 low riser date coded C6AE-C rods. Also included is a factory ford 427 dual quad intake and 600 cfm holley carbs with after market linkeage. And finally a set of 1963 427 low riser heads that have been reworked. Presently on the engine is a dual quad edelbroc intake that I had when the engine was rebuilt. This engine is new and has never been fired. Engine will need a distributor, wires, fuel pump, oil adapter. It has a new hp oiler pump and pickup. It has a new chrome oil pan yet to be installed. All engine work was done by a Ford profession shop here in Tyler and I have the receipts for the work and the individual that did the work can be contacted if you need to verify any questions on the engine. Any questions you can call me a 903-216-4376 Tim I am not interested in any trades as I have 4 other cars that I am selling. Here is your chance to have a 1967 427 sideoiler with 11.2 comp and all the internals that the side oiler has for half the cost and a fastback to put in in. Please do not bid if you do not intend to buy. I am relisting do to a non paying bidder(warrenstamping3) Please contact me first if you don't have 10 positive feedbacks. I will not waste your time and money so don't waste mine.
