Up for sale is this beautiful 2008 Chrysler Sebring Touring Convertible. This Sebring is in excellent shape and has very low mileage. Unfortunately, this car was involved in hurricane sandy and its being sold with a salvage certificate from NY. This vehicle was a light flood. It looks like the water entered the vehicle and just got into the footwells, near the lower seat cushion. It runs and drives 100% and no water entered the drivetrain at all. I have taken this vehicle for drives on the highway and it seems to drive very well. The engine sounds quiet and the transmission shifts the way it should. Mostly all the electronics in the vehicle work the way they should but there are a few small issues that will need addressing. The power seats do not work because water got into the connections under the seat. These connections will need to be cleaned out or replaced. This also triggered the SRS light to come one the dash. Also, the convertible top will not go down because the rear power windows will not lower. We had the convertible top motors tested and they are all good and in perfect working order. The top will only not lower because the rear windows are not going down. A relay for the rear windows or the rear window module will need replacing, then the top should work again. All of the other functions in the car are working the way they should. Please watch both of my videos so you can see the demonstration Ive done. This car also has new brakes, oil and transmission fluid just changed, and there are brand new BF goodrich tired all around.This Sebring is loaded up to the max with every available option that could have been ordered. The Sebring has the hardtop convertible option which cost over $4000 when new. It also has the boston acoustics sound system, 6-Disc in dash CD changer, dual heated power seats, heated and cooled cup holders (rare option), full leather 2-tone interior, larger alloy wheels, fog lamps, traction control, on board computer, remote keyless entry, and too much more to list. The car comes with the original 2 original keys and remotes, unused spare tire, original tool kit, and all the floor mats. We also have all the owners manuals and books. There is no major dents or scratches to talk about and the paint shines like glass. The paint and body work are all original and in perfect condition.
