1955 Chrysler Windsor Newport 2 door hardtop. Original 301 ci Polyhead V8, Powerflite, dual exhausts, power brakes, Kelsey Hayes chrome wire wheels. Nice, clean blue and white cloth and vinyl interior. Good chrome and white paint. This car has the same body as the original Chrysler 300 of 1955. The dual exhaust system has a nice rumble to it.The Chrysler has sat in inside storage for most of the last 15 years since Dad bought it in 1998. The engine sounds good and the car was driven a short distance last fall, but will need work to the brakes, especially the power booster and the speedometer cable, as the odometer isn't working. All other gauges are working. The brakes were working well enough to load on a trailer. Included with the car is a good later model brake booster and master cylinder.This is a very striking looking automobile. Dad needs to downsize his collection, otherwise it wouldn't be available.
