Vehicle Detail
1995 Toyota 4runner SR5 4x4 3.0196,443 Miles4WD works greatStarts every time and never stallsShifts smoothlyWorking sunroofPower windows (work)Power doors (work)Brakes work wellI have too many cars and I need to get rid of a couple. This one runs great, but I have another Toyota SUV and I do not need two. I've driven this over 300 miles in a day several times recently and it has given me zero problems. It never leaves any puddles in my driveway. In the past 5,000+ miles, all I've had to do is put a half of a quart of oil in. The bad:The speedometer doesn't work (I use a speedometer app on my phone)Rear ABS doesn't seem to work (light is on, and I don't think it's working)A/C needs recharged. It will blow slightly cool air, but not as cold as it shouldThe headrests for the second row are missingSome holes in the seats (see the pictures)If it has been sitting for several hours and it is very cold outside, it runs better if it gets a few minutes to heat up. The only real issue is it doesn't want to shift into overdrive until it heats up. I think the transmission filter may need changed. After it is warm, it goes into overdrive and shifts fine. The body and bumpers are rusty and somewhat banged up in spots (see pictures)A very sharp turn at low speed can result in a clunk sound. I think it is worn bushings because the power steering works beautifullyIt could use better tires. I drive around on them, but they aren't in the greatest of shape.Evidently a solenoid of some sort needs replaced for the gas cap (I'm no mechanic) If you screw the gas cap all the way down, air pressure will build up. I just leave it on loosely and it doesn't cause me any issuesOne of the previous owners put the full sized spare on the truck, and evidently lost the 4th aluminum rim. There is no spare now and one of the wheels is steel. The power rear window is a little clunky, but it works! The radiator is a bit rigged (the previous owner did some welding), but it gets the job done because I have yet to have it even approach overheating Overall, I just get in this and go when I want to, and it has never disappointed me! It may look a little rough, but it runs amazingly well. (See the video above)If you want the SUV shipped, I'll try to help out. If you want to come pick it up, that's is fine as well. It drives perfectly fine as it is.This vehicle has no warranty, expressed or impliedI've tried to list everything I can think of with this SUV. If you want a picture of something specific or have a question, go ahead and ask. I'll be happy to help.
