I was impressed by the originality and the condition this car is in. The 3.0L V6 engine sounds solid, feels peppy and the 5-speed automatic transmission shifts smooth and delivers right on time, no issues. All electrical components and features appear to be in good working condition at this time. She features, low miles, winter package, replaced timing belt, 16" alloy wheels, 6-disc CD changer, rear spoiler, homelink, cruise control, 5-speed automatic transmission, 240hp 3.0L V6 engine, folding rear seat, sunroof wind deflecter, power drivers seat, power mirrors, sunroof, in excellent working condition, locks, windows, tilt, telescopic, leather and wood steering wheel with cruise and audio controls, floor mats, spare tire, jack, front and side airbags, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes, rear defogger, tachometer, separate climate controls, owners manual, keyless entry, 1-owner clean Carfax, simulated wood interior accents, traction control, interior trunk and fuel release, wheel locks, accent stripes, cargo net, engine immobilzer and much more! As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the "San Marino Red" exterior shines like the Florida sun. Very minor wear and tear. The "Ivory" leather, interior looks very nice, no rips, burns or cuts. She offers rich looking interior with excellent fit and finish. Front seats are very comfortable and supportive even on long trips. Trunk is spacious and comes with a rubberized mat. The rear seat folds down to accommodate longer items. • Credit card or paypal MAXIMUM deposit is $500! A minimum of $500 deposit must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction. The balance must be paid in the form of cashier's check, money order, cash or loan check from Ebay financing center, within 7 days from close of auction. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com), eBay Finance, etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.
  
  
• We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits via paypal or credit card will have a maximum limit of $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  
  
• *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary for us to be able to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc. A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*. We would appreciate it if you would sign the front and back of the buyer's order that was sent to you and return it to us as soon as possible.
  
  
• A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. Please, feel free to contact the dealer with ANY questions regarding this tax issue.

• We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and may need to spend a little.
  
  
• Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
  
  
• All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included in the text and pictures on the final photo. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
