Vehicle Detail
2002 Triumph Bonneville Immaculate condition cafe racer motorcycle. Original 800cc Vertical Twin engine. Flawless factory green & silver paint and body with no chips, scratches or dents. Mechanically perfect and ready show or ride anywhere. Starts quickly, runs smooth and shifts perfect. I am the original owner and purchased the motorcycle new from the Dallas RPM Triumph dealership. Front & rear disc brakes.Never wrecked or laid down. Very pampered bike and always stored indoors in air-conditioned & heated conditions. I am a commercial photographer and have used the bike as a prop for multiple photo shoots. This bike has been shown & featured in magazines, ads and catalogs, usually with a model sitting on it or standing by it. I'll include some copies of the magazine ads etc with the bike so the new owner can show it off. I usually keep the bike displayed in my photo studio as a cool "piece of art". I have tried to build the bike retro style in the vein of a 1968 Bonneville T120.Features include: Lucas style round turn signals & Lucas style rear lamp, the rear license plate holder was NOS from the 60's I got from England, Triumph "off road" chrome exhaust, chrome brake & clutch foot pedals, chrome hand levers, brushed aluminum fascia with speedo & tachometer, chrome Triumph lockable gas cap. 13,000 miles. I ride the bike only about 1,000 miles a year. This year Bonneville still has metal fenders front & rear and metal side tanks. As you probably know they quit doing that & the newer ones are all plastic . Factory chrome spoke rims were made in Italy.Seat is a Corbin "Smuggler" Cafe Racer style which features a black seat and a small opening trunk. Ideal for holding gloves, tools, cell phone, cameras etc. It is lockable, water tight and lined with a heavy gray felt. The body part is color matched with the factory green & silver paint scheme. You can go to the Corbin website and read up on the seat. The seat alone sells for about $800.00. The original black stock Triumph seat comes with the bike also. The battery is less than 1 year old and has a lifetime warranty through Cycle Gear. I'll include the paperwork with it. I keep it hooked up to a 750 milliamp Battery Tender that I will include.I have the original owners manual, papers and even the "RAT" jacket pin for the new owner.Questions, please feel free to contact me or email me.You won't find a cooler looking, cleaner example out there. If you do, buy it.
