-1978 Trans Am (W87) -Original 75,000 mile car -Non-original motor is disassembled. -Prior owner said the engine is a 455 from a 1973 GTO. Story appears correct as the engine #485428 decodes as a 1973-74 455 for GTO's. -Prior owner says that all parts for the engine were accounted for when I bought the car. VERY SOLID AND CLEAN. Being that I have had the car less than a week, I hadn't really had time to get under it and really look it over well. In doing so I found a soft spot in the rear passenger side floor and a patch job on the front passenger side floor. After looking inside the glove compartment I am pretty sure the interior has been painted/dyed black, the original color being gold.
