We have a 1981 Volkswagen Westfalia air cooled 4-speed, 4 cyl, mechanics special. I took this on trade for some antiques. It has a clear title and is currently registered in California. It starts and runs with little power. I was told by a mechanic that it has low compression, hence the loss of power. It will need to be towed and mechanically gone through and diagnosed. It has a cracked windshield, and has dents throughout the vehicle including the front and rear passenger side. It has a CLEAR California title. The previous owner replaced the poptop canvas 3 years ago and still looks good. It can sleep up to 4 people. It has a CD player, and current California registration. With a little work, this could be a great opportunity for a mechanic or? It is being sold as is, with no warranties implied. The vehicle will need to be towed. The odometer says 179,689 and is currently NOT working so the true miles are UNKNOWN. We can assist in working with your shipper to pickup the vehicle and will sell worldwide.
