Vehicle Detail
2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS Vehicle Information Year: 2011 VIN #: 5NPEB4AC1BH276953 Make: Hyundai Miles: 12,000 Model: Sonata Title: Salvage flood Warranty: None Engine: 2.4L I4 DI Transmission: Automatic Exterior Color: White Interior Color: Tan Stock #: MC2298 Features AM / FM CD Radio Sat Radio (XM or Sirius) Power Door Locks Power Mirrors Power Windows Keyless Entry Rear Defrost Steering Wheel Radio Controls ABS Cruise Control Traction Control 16 Inch Steel Wheels Dual Front Airbags Side Airbags (seat) Side Curtain Airbags Vehicle Condition Exterior Paint: Above average Interior: Excellent with no stains, burns, or tears Engine: Does not run Suspension: Damaged Drivability: No start Vehicle Description We bought this Sonata from an insurance company. The vehicle was sold as a damaged flood car which came from central Ohio. There is no distinct water line, however we would say the water came up over the dash panel. This was defiantly fresh water, there is no salt corrosion. The interior is actually very clean and dry now. The vehicle turns over but does not start. The engine sounds good, once the interior modules have been replaced we see foresee no issues with the engine or transmission. We have replaced the engine oil, however the transmission should be drained and refilled before its put into use. The vehicle will probably need a new body control module, radio, odometer/speedometer, theft/locking module, and under-hood fuse box. The left front lower control is bent and the half shaft is bad, but the strut and spindle look good. There is no physical damage to the engine, transmission or cooling. The RH headlight is full of water and will need replacement, all of the rear exterior lights are free of water and in good condition. The odometer does not light up so this vehicle is being sold with the miles stated on the title- non-actual 12,000 miles. There will be a 4-6 week delay on the title as this vehicle had an Ohio salvage title with no re-assignments that had to be transferred to a Michigan salvage title for re-sale. Please call our office with any questions at 248-446-8289. About The Title Michigan salvage titles can be transferred or re-assigned to in-state and out-of-state buyers. It can be transferred to any buyer in any state or country. The buyer can obtain a salvage inspection in his state, which then allows the vehicle to be licensed for road use.Buyers enjoy huge savings on rebuilt and salvage titled vehicles. If you plan on driving this vehicle a long time, not immediately reselling it, you will certainly save many thousand of dollars over a clear title vehicle. Please remember you drive the vehicle, NOT THE TITLE. I recently heard a Car-Fax commercial stating the amount of salvage vehicle on the road has doubled. I guess more folks are choosing to enjoy the savings available!
