I am selling my 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ55. This truck runs strong and is very hard to get stuck. It starts and runs well everytime I drive it however it is 39 years old and has not been restored. It has a strong 2F engine out of a 77 Cruiser with headers and a Webber carburator. The the transmission is the stock 4 speed manual with a 3 speed transfer case (2 high, 4 high, and 4 low). The front axle has been converted from an FJ60 which has disc brakes, birfield hub and axles. The power steering was converted from a Toyota mini truck which was done by Iron Pig Off Road. IPOR also did the massive Trail Blazer front bumper, rear bumper and rock sliders (very cool). The lift is a spring over axle conversion which adds 6 inches to ride height. The rear end is stock 4.11 gears and is welded. The front has 4.11 gears and a Lock Rite differential. The tires are RV-TRAC CYCLONE 38x14x15 (they need to be replaced). I bought this truck on Ebay 6 years ago for $5,500.00 however I will sell it for considerably less. I have had a lot of fun with it however I have too many cars. If I was going to keep it I would put new (slightly smaller) tires on it, have the rear leaf springs replaced, and do a little rust prevention and a fresh coat of paint. Things that do not work on this vehicle are the radio, heat, door locks, fan, and rear tall lights. The rear power window does work. I will be accepting payment in the form of cash or bank check. I have the clear Massachusetts title however I am located in Baltimore, Maryland.
