The following terms of sale apply to this auction: Fees and Taxes - All buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Deposit - The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes and he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle will be available for shipping or pick up. Payment - All funds must be in US dollars only. Certified bank check, bank transfers, bank wire, personal check (my bank must verify it cleared first), or cash deposited into seller's bank. I, the seller, am in the process of moving across the country, so I'll likely not be available in person. Buyer's Inspection - Every effort was made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have some dings and scratches inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and highly recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and logistics. I am willing to assist in dropping the vehicle off anywhere in San Diego City or County within 7 days of being paid in full for the car. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after buyer picks up the vehicle or after I drop it off for them to be shipped. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. Shipping can take 10-14 days; seller not responsible for shipping time. Warranty - This vehicle is being sold as-is with no warranty expressed, written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
