It's in very good shape, has a clean history, runs and drives excellent and needs nothing. These vans are impossible to find with less than 200k miles and most still circulating have 350k-500k miles. They are extremely durable, and will get very decent fuel economy for what they are. This is a neat find and a great workhorse. exterior The paint and body on this van are in great shape for the age. It has nice gloss, no rust, hail, or obvious body damage at all. It's been in California all its life and hasn't seen road salt. Everything lines up, paint matches, doors open and close fine, glass is good and bumpers are straight. The tires are ok to drive on for a little while yet, just not brand new, pretty evenly worn. The history reports read clean, no accidents. It does have one little ding under the passenger front door, not the end of the world. Most noticeably, the passenger sliding door and a little bit on that front door have a lot of little chips, some have been touched up. It doesn't show at more than 5 feet, but right up on it, you can see. I've document the van well, really good looking for a service vehicle. interior The interior is clean and well kept. It doesn't reek of smoke. The van was used for some kind of courier service it would seem, has a computer still in it that logged the usage. We can remove it if you like, not really harming anything at present. The van is pretty basic, not much to break inside, other than the stereo housing, which does need replaced. It does work, just the face is broken. We can put in a CD player w/ ipod hookup for $125 if you'd like. The drivers seat base has a few small cracks. We can reupholster it in cloth or vinyl for $90 (the base.) We did replace the missing dash vent. The cargo space is all open to your interpretation. We have shelving come and go here from time to time and may be able to work something into the deal if it's needed. The sliding door entry trim is used somewhat, but the rest is all pretty good back there, has plywood flooring that's pretty new at present. mechanical This van fires right up, even first thing in the morning here when it was 20 degrees, idles right off and sounds good, glow plugs are definitely fine. We really didn't have to do much to this guy, it's been under fleet maintenance a good deal of its life and hasn't been ridden hard. The van has new oil/filter, fuel filter and we did a couple other minor things. It doesn't have any wet leaks, doesn't smoke, transmission shifts easy and it has good power. The front end has a tiny bit of play but it is easy to drive and doesn't wander all over the road. The brake pad life is fine too. I know what a tired 7.3 is and this van simply does not fit that description. There's no reason you can't drive this until the wheels fall of, you'll get several hundred thousand miles from it to come.
