The vehicle was sold in Michigan with a clear title branded flood, running and driving. When it arrived there were no warning lights illuminated on the speedometer and the vehicle drove out perfectly. We are not sure of the events leading up to the vehicle ending up at a Michigan insurance auction. There appears to have been no work done to the car before we bought it. The interior is perfectly clean with no water found. When the vehicle arrived we found no signs of water damage aside a very very small amount of water in the oil. I would guess that the dealership had the vehicle out on a test drive and drove through a deep puddle which sucked water into the air box and stopped the motor. Usually with turbo vehicles as soon as the water is pushed through the inter-cooler it eventually all drains out the exhaust and the vehicle will run again. All of the the fluids were clean. The vehicle runs and drives excellent in its current condition with no issues found in the engine, transmission, suspension and/or cooling. This Volvo comes with a free 6 month on-site warranty.
