1997 Ford F-250 XLT Supercab 4x4 7.3L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel, Automatic transmission, long bed. It has 153,652 miles. It is in excellent condition. The exterior is Colonial White clearcoat. The interior is mocha cloth. It is a one-owner truck. It was purchased new in California and has remained on the west coast its entire life, so no rust. Per previous owner, Carfax, and autocheck, it has never been in an accident. It has all the standard XLT features and some aftermarket upgrades. Here are a few of the notable features: cruise control, power windows/locks, 4.10 limited slip axle, electric trailer brake, bed liner, dual fuel tanks, sliding rear window, aluminum bed rails, 6 way power drivers seat, Sony Cd/MP3 player, and much more. Truck comes with two keys, one remote, and owner’s manual. On the interior, all the power windows and door locks, etc. work great. A/C and heater work great. No smoke odor. The cloth interior of the truck is in excellent condition with some minor wear showing on the driver’s seat (please see pictures). The gauges and other dash controls have a very fresh appearance. The carpet, headliner, and door panels are in great condition. The exterior of the truck is also in great condition. The paint is very shiny and glossy. As you look down the sides of the truck, it is very straight. The most notable areas of wear are as follows: There are some scratches on the rear bumper above the receiver hitch; the bed had a fifth wheel hitch which was removed by the previous owner; the bed is in nice condition, but the bed liner was added to give a finished look; there are normal rock chips, dings and scratches (all minimal). The E-Rated tires have decent tread remaining, but notable wear (there are individual pictures of each tire’s tread below) The size is 235/85/16. The aluminum wheels are in excellent condition. One of the factory rear center caps will be aftermarket due to loss of the original. The owner had a fifth wheel hitch in the bed, which he removed. Mechanically, the engine runs very strong. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly. (Rebuilt transmission and installed Billet torque converter in 2009 when truck had 133k miles – approx. cost $3000) The suspension and steering are solid. This truck starts right up in the morning. Front brakes and glow plug relay were replaced in 2011. Manual locking hubs were installed in 2007. The truck has a slight oil leak, approximately 1-3 drips per night. This truck has been meticulously maintained. It has the appearance of a well cared for 5 year old truck with 50k miles. Below are over 100 pictures to accurately disclose the condition of the truck. The 7.3L Power Stroke was one of the best engines ever made (before they got all the emissions stuff the new ones have). This is a NO RESERVE auction and the high bidder takes the truck home. Please do remember that it is used and has wear and tear (very minimal for this year and mileage).
