1981 Honda CB

This is a 1981 Honda CB650. This bike sat in a shed from 1991 until 2012. As you can see in one of the pictures, time was not kind to it. This picture was taken right as I took it off the trailer. I replaced both exhaust pipes, fuel tank, carburetor bank, front rim, front brake system, headlight assembly, and front forks. These were replaced with used parts purchased right here on Ebay. The front tire, seat cover, and regulator/rectifier were replaced with new parts. The rotor (alternator) was professionally rebuilt. The fuel tank was treated and lined with a Northern Fuel Tank Treatment kit. This motorcycle runs like a champ. You can ride it home if you would like. What does it need? It has no mirrors, and it could use a new rear tire and a new front brake line (the brake line works, it is just longer than a standard line for this model, and not pleasing to the eye). The center stand, kick stand, and rear brake pedal were rusted, but functional. They have been sanded, primed, and repainted. This is a No Reserve auction. If you pick this up in person, you will see that I like to work on old motorcycles and need the garage space. That being said, the buyer will be responsible to arrange shipping if they choose not to pick it up personally.
