1936 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery Street Rod Project nearly complete. rare vehicle. Original Steel body nearly ready to paint. This street rod is a complete chassis off restoration. Chassis was powder coated. Mustang II Front suspension with power steering and new disc brakes. Rear axle housing is a 1958 chevrolet with rear gears of 3.08:1 new bearings and new drum brake shoes. 4 new 15 inch Cragar Centerline aluminum polished wheels. 4 new tires are NT255 Nitto steel radial HP. Rear are p235-60-HR15 front are p195-60-HR15. New master cylinder. Transmission is a TH400 3 speed automatic with a shift kit installed. Engine is original 33,000 miles on 1973 Nova 307 cid V8. Chrome valve covers, high rise aluminum manifold with Holley double pumper carburetor. HEI distributor with new rotor, cap, wires and plugs. new water pump and hoses. Sanderson powder coated fender well headers. Engine runs strong and purrs. Starting and charging system is new and uses Solid State Relays. New battery. Engine fires instantly. Purrs and runs strong. All original parts removed during work have been retained. All parts, bumpers, horn, chrome for grille and dash trim, extra parts, (3 sets of new disc pads), etc. are included. All steel body is 100% free from rust. It HAS NOT been chopped, channeled or sectioined. The doors have been shaved of door handles. The door hinges have been relocated to inside of cab. The wing windows have been removed to facilitate one piece side glass. The rear door hinges have been relocated to open as a hatch back. The rear tail pan has a french license plate holder installed and a gas filler door has also been frenched with cover and key. All doors have automatic openers and power windows. All metalwork modifications were completed by body professionals and looks as factory. All original parts have been retained and new parts to complete project (except glass) are included. This vehicle has been garaged since 1995 when it was purchased.
