All bidding will only be facilitated by the bidder through Ebay only. Reference auction items by Ebay item number for the exact closing date and time. By submitting a bid for the Town of Longmeadow surplus property and police auction, the bidder certifies under penalties of perjury that the bid has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person (The word “person” shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club or other organization, entity or group of individuals.) The following are items that failed inspection and have not been corrected: Fenders, power steering, frame members, bumpers, lighting. Other inspector notes include: 1) Body support cross-member forward of rear axle rusted out across body to frame, 2) large hole in drivers compt forwad of drivers seat, 3) Rear bumber cover coming apart, resting on tail pipe, 4) loud power steering pump noise, 5) two front CL lights not working, 6) Ent door step trends lifting- trip hazard
