PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION COMPLETELY AS IT HAS CHANGED!!!!!!!! Up for sale is my 2001 Toyota Celica GT S. The car is in very good condition overall. I am a Toyota Expert Certified technician and the car is in excellent mechanical condition, with no oil leaks, and new brakes on the front and rear tire tread is probably 30%. All the accessories and options work properly. The interior is clean and very nice with no rips tears or holes however there are a couple of scratches on the pass side of the center console as pictured. The leather upholstery is nearly flawless. I purchased this car from the local Toyota dealer and it was purchased new there, the original owner sold it to her son who then traded it in. I love to drive it and the 6 speed on the floor is alot of fun, but, I just have too many cars and I have driven this one less than 2500 miles since I bought it. The color is very dark blue (almost black) . Now for the minuses the paint is good with solid clearcoat and no peeling very glossy (when clean lol) but there are a number of minor stone chips on the hood. nothing major and not an eyesore but Im trying to be ultra honest also there are 5 or six places where the paint has had touch up paint put on and it matches pretty well but not perfectly. I tried to take pictures of them but they wont show up. The sunroof glass is etched and cloudy, its not cracked and does not leak it just looks wierd, it may be possible to buff it out but I never even tried because it just didnt bother me I have included a picture of it so you can see what I mean. and lastly the window tint on the driver side is peeling at the top. not very big now but will get worse if not trimmed or otherwise addressed. I have the car priced below KBB (good condition private party value $6685.) and nada(clean retail $8250) book prices, well below in fact I do know it does not meet the level of clean retail but it is certainly woth the $6000 I want for it and that is the best I will do. If you bid or buy it now that is not permission to inspect the car that is a purchase. Please bear in mind that this car is 12 years old and it is in nice condition but if you are looking for perfection this is not the car for you. Anyone interested in looking at the car is certainly welcome to come by and see it and drive it while the listing is active. I will not under any circumstances make a deal "outside of ebay" as ebay offers protections for buyer and seller I reserve the right to end the auction at any time as I have the vehicle listed for sale locally. No low ball offers please I know what the car is worth and if it doesnt bring the money I will just keep it until spring and sell it then. I will not ship the car but will assist with pickup or help load it on a transport of your choosing. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I require a $500 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction close. No international buyers, and car will not be released until I receive CLEARED funds, no exceptions dont even ask.
