1991 Firebird Formula Survivor with 43,000 original documented miles. The car looks like a 10K mile car. Very rare 305 TPI engine with G92 Performance Package and Heavy Duty manual 5spd transmission. Pontiac sales brochure for 91 states this was the fastest car in acceleration trials they offered. G92 performance package consisted of: 4 wheel disc brakes, engine oil cooler, dual converter exhaust and 3.42 posi axle ration. The 305 with manual transmission has the 350 exhaust system and roller camshaft. Musclecar Review magazine tested this combination in 1992 and ran approximately 14.5 in the 1/4 mile which is better than some 60's musclecars. Total Formula production in 91 was a little over 5000 with only 500-600 having this engine combination making this a rare package. Exterior: 100 percent original GM code 24 Maui Blue or Silver Blue. No dings, no dents, no scratches, or cracking paint. Laser straight body with all original glass. All of the lights, moldings, trim, weatherstrip, etc are in excellent condition. The car has been garaged since new. This car was never undercoated and is perfect with a light hint of factory overspray. Interior: Excellent, no tears, rips, stains, etc. Looks like new as the photos show. The seats have not been mushroomed by overweight drivers. Factory radio was recently serviced and plays as new. T-top bag is mounted in rear hatch area as delivered new. Dash and pad look new. No tears or stains on the console. Engine: 305 Tuned port injection has not been modified and has been babied since new. Engine runs, looks and sounds as it did new. The exhaust system is completely original with the GM transverse muffler, you can read the part number on it. Brakes are excellent. The transmission and clutch are excellent and I have never driven a better shifting transmission. No whines or roars from the drivetrain. New Z Rated Uniroyal tires were just installed and have less than 400 miles on them. I have all service records. I purchased the car from the original owner who special ordered the car in 2008. I have the original window sticker, build sheet, salesman card, key blanks, buyers contract and a large binder of documentation. This is one of the best looking colors on the Formula and one of the rarest engine packages. Turn key car you can drive to the TA Nationals and place in the survivor class. Best of all its original.
