It's by far the best four wheel drive vehicle I have owned and I have owned many. Although it's no show piece, it's been good to us and will surely be good to it's next owner. There are a few things that need attention for it to be in tip top shape once again. The items I know of are as follows: There is an exhaust leak from a hole in the Y pipe. Check engine light comes on from time to time and I think it might be associated with the leak, or maybe it could use a tune up. A new hanger need to be attached/welded to the muffler. After a brake pad replacement the pedal is now soft. The passenger side mirror is duct taped in place. A new mirror glass with new plastic tabs on back would cure problem. Windshield could use replacing. First, it's got a 1" rock crack, and second it leaks from the lower left side. Mostly when it's parked with the front end lower, or down hill facing. The radios antenna is broken. A/C doesn't work. The dealer we bought it from had just replaced the A/C clutch the day before we picked it up. They thought they might have pinched an o-ring. I had them take money off and have dealt without it. The valve cover leaks oil. Not a major problem, but thought it was worth mentioning. One other issue is when traveling too fast in reverse, the transmission will slip. It's done it since we've owned it and for some reason, doesn't do it in low range. Passenger electric seat isn't functioning. It's an issue with the plastic gearing inside of it. It's an easy fix with some parts purchased online. As you can see from the pictures, there are some rust spots on the rear hatch. There's some some surface rust forming on the under carriage, but the body is mostly rust free. Tires have plenty of tread left on them. When I bought it, two of the tires were newer than the others, so I've been on a two tire at a time replacement schedule. The rear tires were replaced just less than a year ago, so the fronts will be next. Interior is in fairly decent shape. Front seats as you can see have the usual cracking in the leather. The middle seats are in a little better shape, and the rear most are in much better shape. Carpets have some minor stains in places, but would likely clean up well with some shampooing. Power windows are functional, but like most 20+ year old vehicles, they are a bit slow going up. I think I've just about covered everything.
