You're looking at a very rare 1997 BMW M3 Sedan, Techno Violet exterior with Mulberry leather interior. It has 140600 miles, with MANUAL transmission. It has all the regular options plus Luxury Package including traction control, side airbags, electric sunroof, heated door locks, heated seats. This car was $ 45085 when it was first sold as new. I have the original window sticker. Clear title, clean history, no accidents or other issues. The 4 doors M3s are very rare with manual transmission and even more rare in Techno Violet color. The car is all ORIGINAL - STOCK, no aftermarket performance parts. The only thing not original is the stereo which is Alpine. The key less code entry system works well. Original 17" M3 rims in good condition, tires like new. I also, have a set of 16" Original M3 rims with winter tires in very good condition available for $ 750 extra on top of the price of the car if the buyer wants them. The car has an EXTENSIVE maintenance history with the receipts to prove it dating back to year 2000, right after the manufacturer warranty expired. I will not list everything here, but I will mention what's been done recently in the last year or so: - 4 new tires - new original floor mats - regular oil changes with synthetic German Lubro Oil - new Original BMW rear springs - New original Fan clutch - New Front brake pads (rear are still good) - New Clutch kit The car runs like a true M3, smooth and strong. The interior is leather with no rips in the seats, just normal wear and tear. The rear part of the headliner has come unglued. Driver side A pillar trim has a broken plastic tab on the upper part, not noticeable. Other than that the interior is clean and in very good condition. The exterior has the Original factory paint Violet color, with the paint in very good condition, few spots of rust (see pictures), normal wear and tear. Passenger front door trim has a clip broken (see photo), but does not affect the trim's installation. Bumpers have no cracks, just some light scratches on the rear cover from normal wear and tear. All interior electrical features work fine. AC / heat work fine, ac compressor pulley has a slight noise. The car will need front disc brakes in the next few months , the stereo unit works fine but there is no sound ( I believe there is a loose wire somewhere behind it). SRS light is on, I took it for diagnostic and they said it was driver seat belt buckle needs replacement and IT DOES NOT AFFECT the airbag functionality. I have the diagnostic papers which I will include with the car. I tried to be as detailed as I could about the car so you know all the issues. These are mostly cosmetics and low cost repairs. Considering what car this is these are minor things. Needless to say these M3 sedans will soon become collectibles, especially with the super rare Techno Violet color. the car is sold As Is.
