It is time to part with a member of our family. The Yertle. She is well loved with 331k on the body. We purchased from FL and she has seen only a few Maine winters (but sure is a tank in the snow). Over the past 2 years she has received the following attention: Replaced the motor - currently aprox 120k on the motor. New Transmission New Clutch Most everything in the front & rear end has been replaced New throttle position sensor, brakes & manual WARN hubs done just last month. As for her current condition: Just received a brand new inspection sticker good to go here until 2014. She starts enthusiastically and runs like a top! Currently has studded snow tires. 4wd works great. We changed to new manual hubs as this model is known to have many issues with the automatic hubs. There is some play in the steering wheel so there will need to be some tinkering done there. Under carriage & frame are in fantastic condition. Body has surface rust in the following places- driver's door has about a 3" spot. Tailgate has surface rust. Front & rear bumpers have surface rust and one other small (1/4"?) spot where a neighborhood hoodlum shot her with a bb. Otherwise, you can see in the pics that she is in great shape. The lightbar on the top (we're told are original with the baha-package?) worked until last year, I think the switch needs replacing. The tailgate window motor works, but the switch stopped working. I can still put it down if I crawl into the back. The interior is in decent shape but there is wear & tear on the seats, some are torn, they are not 100%. The top has only been off a handful of times and is in superb condition. The rubber gaskets around the windows are tired and dry and will need replacing. The windshield washer fluid pump needs to be replaced. I believe that covers it all... Please take a look at the pictures, these were taken in October of this year. I do not acccept returns. She is being sold as-is with no implied warranty of any kind so, PLEASE, ask as many questions as you can think of PRIOR to bidding. We all hate to see her go but we just bought an old farm house that will need all of our spare time & attention & $ so I would like to see her go to a good home, maybe somewhere warm where she can retire without the snow?
