This Torch Red Chevelle SS is a real SS not a clone. It was born with a 396 V8 but now has a 350-V98 in it that runs excellent. This car comes with 12 bolt rear end, factory stabilizer bar, bucket seats, console, SS gauges, automatic transmission, cowl hood, raised white letter radials, power steering, power brakes, nom 350-V8, and all the head turning looks, power and performance you can only get from a Chevy musclecar! This car is in good driver quality condition. It has decent paint and a decent interior but could use restoring. The paint is older and has a few blemishes and the interior also has some wear to it. It is all there and it can be driven as it sits while you restore it! This car runs and drives excellent. The engine and transmission are very strong, the tires and brakes are excellent and it can be driven anywhere. This is a high dollar car if restored to its original glory! The car has differnet wheels now and comes with two sets, 1 set of 18in aftermarkets with bad tires and 1 set of gto rallys with raised white letters with good tires. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE YEARS THAT IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL. MY CAR HAS THE BIG FRONT SWAY BAR AND BOXED REAR CONTROL ARMS FOR THE SS SUSPENSION (F41), MY CAR HAS CORRECT DASH AND CORRECT INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WITH TACOMETER THAT REDLINES AT 55MPH (THAT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR AN SS396 BORED TO 402 AND A 454 ENGINE, MY CAR HAS A TURBO 400 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND A REBUILT 12 BOLT REAR END THAT CAME ORIGINALLY ON A SS396, ALL THE TRIM, STEERING WHEEL, DOORPANELS, GRILLE AND REAR BODY PANEL INCLUDING LIGHT ARE ALL SS ONLY. THE CAR IS NOT RESTORED WHICH LEADS ME TO MORE BELIEVE THAT THIS IS AN ORIGINAL. THE TRIM TAG SAYS IT VAS ORIGINALLY FOREST GREEN WITH BLACK BUCKET SEATS INTERIOR. IT IS A CALIFORNIA TITLE. IT HAS HEI DISTIBUTOR, INTERNAL VOLTAGE REGULATOR ON EXHAUST, SOME CHROME ON THE ENGINE, BRAND NEW EXHAUST, BRAND NEW FUEL TANK, 4 BARRELL HOLLEY CARBURATOR. THATS ABOUT ALL I KNOW ABOUT THE CAR.
