1979 Jeep CJ5 original V8 Power. This jeep climbs and crawls like a champ with 32” tires, newer interior, roll bar, after market fiberglass hood, and Rancho shocks this jeep was built for off road fun. The Jeep is in very good overall condition but has a few quirks. The transfer case has a slight leak at the front output shaft; a new seal should fix that right up. The Jeep do to the large tires is difficult to control at highway speeds. I priced a a stabilizer bar on the internet at about $160.00, I believe that would make a big difference in the highway handling but may adversely affect its rock climbing ability; smaller tires would also likely fix the problem. It has a bikini top on it and soft half doors. I do have a steel top (missing rear window) and steel doors that need paint and some light body work but could be mounted as is.
