It's time to sell my Baby..... Blue VW Convertible. It's been a GREAT car but I need an SUV so my loss is your gain but I'll be real sad to see her go. Reliability is very important to me so I have kept up on the Oil changes/maintenance and fixed anything that's needed repair. Great shape. Everything works. No check engine lights etc. Car has a recent new OEM cat. Car just passed California SMOG which is the toughest in the nation with flying colors. Car has Dunlop Direzza tires with plenty of life left on them. There are no major problems that I know of or really even minor ones. Car has no signs of rust etc. A/C blows cold. The only problems that I can think of are..... Mechanical: Car works and runs great. There's really nothing I can think of as I have fixed things as needed. There is not the annoying Check engine/other dash lights that plague some bugs. Cosmetic: Overall the body is in great shape with no significant damage. There are some scratches to the front/rear bumper and other minor blemishes but overall the body is in excellent condition. Top is in good shape. Only one small pinhole flaw that I can think of. Seals up well. Interior is in good shape. The only exception would be there are some marks on the dash from someone removing the radio. The display on the radio is a bit hard to read due to some sort of problem but the radio still works. Other then that she is a little Baby Blue Beauty that is in great shape for her age and is ready to provide fun in the sun. Or even the snow. I have described the car to the best of my knowledge but am willing to ask and answer any questions to the best of my ability. Please ask any questions or address any concerns before Bidding. On Dec-14-12 at 15:37:55 PST, seller added the following information: I will most likely be available to aid in Shipping the car through 12/23/2012. I believe I will be traveling away from the car from 12/23/2012 thru 1/1/2013. My travel plans aren't set in stone so I may leave earlier or not go at all. If the car sells and you need it shipped in the time I will be away I can arrange to have a friend ship it etc. All money will have to clear bank before I will release the car. All costs and arrangements for shipping will have to be arranged by the buyer. I will aid in getting the car shipped as much as I can. It is my goal to sell this car in the best shape as possible and to describe it the best as possible. In an attempt to deliver the best car possible I went ahead and had the rear bumper re-sprayed since I list the car.
