1977 Chevrolet Vega. Body is great with a small blister on bottom of drivers front fender (see pic). This is not a bondo filled car, it is all metal and straight and is uncut. Back hatch is solid with no rust, floors are solid, no rust in the inner wheel wells or radiator support up front, everything up front is solid. Car has original black bucket seat interior with Tilt wheel and automatic shift on the floor with center console. Dash is nice and uncut and no cracks. Passenger seat has a split in the stitching in the base of the seat in the middle, hard to see. Car has a 6 point cage with door bars. Uprights of the back seats were removed for the rear bars off the roll cage. Car has a 12 bolt rear end professionally narrowed for Vega and has 4:11 gears and spool and long wheel studs. Rear end has Genuine Suspensions no hop bars and adjustable upper trailing arms and rear sway bar. Front has been converted to 5 lug and has long wheel studs. Car has power steering, power brakes and has air conditioning but some AC things are missing under the hood and need replaced). 15x8 Weld Draglite on rear with 26x10.5x15 Mickey Thompson ET Streets. Fronts are Weld Draglite 15x3.5 with 145R15 tires. Paint on car is faded. This car is a street car and all lights, blinkers, wipers, everything works and nothing is cut up. Auction is for Roller only (NO ENGINE) I removed the engine to replace the short headers and Monza V8 side mounts to the Hooker style front mounts and Hooker Super Comp full length headers and bigger engine. I removed the AC firewall box (still have it) and the power brake booster (still have it) to use the Hooker headers. I decided to sell the car as a roller (NO ENGINE) so I have not gone any further with the car. I sold the Monza motor mounts and short headers here on ebay but I have the NEW in the box Hooker style front engine mount kit and a nice used set of Hooker Super Comp Full Length Headers that come with the car. The transmission is a TH350 with a shift kit (shifts hard and strong), I have a new never used 1800/2200 stall converter for the car and it comes with it also. I have the AC brackets and Compressor and all the power steering brackets and pump and Pullies and Alt brackets that I will send with the car as there were on it as they fit Vega/Monza with V8. If the winner wants the engine I will sell it for additional cost, it is a early 010 Casting 2 bolt 350 that is .30 over with lots of goodies in and on it and will be price reasonable to the winner of the car only.
