Here are some examples of such issues: Engine oil & other fluids Tires and tire rotations wheel alignments belts brakes and rotors hub bearings wiper blades motor mounts and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible. Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase. Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag. The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us. A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end. A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.

A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.

The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. We will do our personal best to show you every fault we find with the car but some things might go unseen to us.

Fee and Tax Information:

A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Transit Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are subject to this fee but must cover all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase. Car dealers are also subject to this fee regardless if you receive Transit Tags or use your own dealer tag.

The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us.

A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.

A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a week to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!

Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ONLY accept a deposit via Paypal. The remaining balance can be made by: Cash on delivery (CoD), Certified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer. Paypal is NOT acceptable to pay the entire balance.
