For auction is this 74 CL450. I bought this bike with the intensions of using it for a parts/donor bike for a 71 CL that I'm restoring. I put the battery in from the 71 and the electrics worked and it had spark. I checked the compression and it had about 145 in each cylinder. I replaced the oil and put fresh gas and the bike started and sounded pretty good. It shifted into gear. I decided not to use it for parts. I believe this would be a good start to a restoration/winter project. The outside of the bike looks bad. Chrome is gone. Tires are have dry rot. Needs paint. Tank is solid, exhaust is solid but shields need chrome. Seat is good. It will need a lot of work but it is a complete motorcycle.I have keys and a clear title.
