NISSAN GT-R® AERODYNAMIC DESIGN Creating downforce, the Nissan GT-R’s aerodynamics work to cool engine, transmission and brakes. The car creates two flows of air; the flow above the car cools the entire layer above the undercover, the flow below the car creates downforce.The air entering the front grille to cool the engine is sucked out from the wheelhouse with great force. In fact, the amount expelled is far greater than intake. This causes negative pressure to build up in the engine bay, improving the air resistance coefficient and adding the downforce. RESPONSIBILITIES The winning bidder shall be responsible for all taxes, license, title and registration fees or other costs associated with owning a vehicle, including, without liability, a standard waiver and release of liability. The winning bidder shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after the title has been transferred. The winning bidder must enter into contracts with Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. After payment is made, arrangements will be made for the winning bidder to pick up the vehicle at an authorized Nissan dealer of his/her country (where GT-Rs are currently available only) and regional location. Upon email notification from the seller that the vehicle has been delivered to the Nissan dealer nearest their legal residence, the winning bidder must make arrangements to retrieve the vehicle within 5 business days. The winning bidder must present adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance for their country to the Nissan representative. The winning bidder may arrange to have a designated person pick up the vehicle as well, if that person's name is provided at least 2 business days in advance to the seller and the designated person provides identification upon pickup. If the winning bidder elects to have the vehicle shipped in lieu of personally retrieving the vehicle from the dealership, shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Actual new vehicle title will be transferred from Nissan to the winning bidder based on local new vehicle laws and regulations customary for the winning bidder's location. The winning bidder must either, at the winner's election, personally retrieve the vehicle or pay for the cost of shipping the vehicle within (8-10) weeks of notification from the selected dealer and must present adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance. The winning bidder's vehicle will be made to order for their particular region. The actual delivery date for this vehicle will be appoximately 4-5 months after payment, but it's dependent on the destination. Standard Nissan factory warranty applies for engine, interior, and exterior. “Bolt Gold” paint warranty will also be covered by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., though Warranty conditions are different from a standard model. "Bolt Gold" paint is special gold color, it requires special treatment. The winning bidder understands that Auction Cause is not the owner of the vehicle, and that Auction Cause does not make any representations, warranties, covenants or agreements with regard to the vehicle.
