Listed for Sale is a Beautiful, fully restored 1940 Cadillac 6019-S Touring Sedan. This Gem is out of a private Estate and was the pride & joy of an elderly Gentleman for over 40 years. The car was built by Cadillac in Detroit during the last week of October, 1939. It was shipped to Don Lee Cadillac in San Francisco at the end of November, 1939. The Car was sold through St. Claire Motor Company in Santa Clara and wears St. Claire Cadillac, LaSalle and Oldsmobile 1940 License Plate Frames. It has spent it's entire life in the sunny , rust free Bay area and has always been garaged and Serviced. The Car has won Several Awards at various Shows and won First Place in the Cadillac-LaSalle Class at the Great American Concours d' Elegance in Santa Clara. List price in December 1939 was $2,269.00, complete with Radio, Deluxe Heater, Side-Mounted Spare Tires, and Deluxe Interior and Broadcloth Upholstery. The paint is Cavern Green but appears to be Black except in the direct light, a very striking and elegant Color. This Vehicle is fully functional and was just driven 70 miles in 90 degree weather at 65 miles mph and performed flawlessly. It is a very Stately and Elegant Automobile that attracts attention and compliments whenever it is driven and is ready to be driven and enjoyed by a new owner.
