Vehicle Detail
This auction is is for an absolutely beautiful 1967 Triumph Mountain Cub T20M. This matching numbers motorcycle was purchased from Baxter Cycles in 2004 with 2002 ORIGINAL miles….This bike has been only been started twice since it was purchased in 2004….One time ridden 5 miles…..and now last week after a complete service…. for 20 miles or so and it ran absolutely perfectly! It has graced my office as modern art for all these year…..and now that I have sold the company and retired…I just spent $600 at Trophy Motorcycles in San Diego to have it completely serviced and open checkbook whatever it would take to make it the perfect candidate as a daily driver…that entailed…a new “proper sized chain”….two brand new tires and tubes….all new oils and lubricants….checking points and valve clearance and it fired on the first kick and ran as a brand new Triumph should….it is barely broken in. There are ONLY ORIGINAL Triumph parts on this motorcycle….Baxter Cycles restored it for their display purposes and there Are NO aftermarket parts on this motorcycle. The motorcycle has competed in several different bike shows and it always takes first place in its class. The paint is the correct factory paint. The seat is ORIHINAL and the chrome is absolutely perfect. This bike comes with the original purchase order and worksheet from Baxtor Cycle depicting the new Triumph parts that were installed. Included with the bike is the owners shop manual, owner handbook, new steering lock and key, new tool bag, original Motorcyclist Magazine road test report from 1967, and the original Cycle World road test from 1967. This is as First Class as it comes… If you are looking for a show winner you have found it….Buyer to arrange for pick up…$500 deposit due at the close of the auction….
