This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION for a wrecked 2012 BMW K1600GTL. This bike was purchased from us new in August, 2012. It is fully equipped with all available options from BMW. MSRP was over $26,000. The customer hit a deer. The bike is being sold As-Is. It has a clear title. It is NOT a salvage title. In reality this bike still has almost the full 3 years of factory warranty left. There are a lot of good and bad parts, please look over the pictures carefully. The Trunk/Topcase is undamaged. This alone sells for over $1500. All the gauges and instrument cluster appear to be fine. There is a crack in the cylinder, engine case and head as shown in the pictures. There is no reason to believe that the transmission has anything wrong with it. All the hand controls appear to be fine. The bike will turn on, but we did not even attempt to run the engine of course. I would assume the audio system is ok too. Please make sure that you are seriously intending on purchasing this motorcycle if you bid and that you have the money available in advance. High bidder will own this motorcycle at whatever price the auction ends at.
