Up for auction is a 1994 CORVETTE. LT1, 6 spd manual transmission with 78K miles. I purchased this car recently (August), with the intent of keeping it, however, an opportunity to purchase a "C5" model LS1 has arisen and I need to make arrangements, FAST!! I need the funds and would like to get the garage space back! Motor runs great and clutch pulls strong. A/C is ice cold, brakes and tires are excellent. All accessories operate properly. In my opinion, the paint is fair and looks good from a distance, and in pictures. There are areas of "clear" peeling off the targa bar area, and a very tiny area on the front hood. There are NO oil leaks, smoke, overheating etc, car drives straight and clean without any "wobble". Radio is pictured aftermarket, however, I had the original BOSE unit re-installed (see final picture): works great. Rubber seals around the window and targa area are in rough shape, however, I have found a kit on ebay (see EBAY item 370656109649) that replaces all of them [it was my intent to do so].. Interior is in "decent" condition, no major damage, however, "expected" wear from an 18 year old automobile. Targa top is glass: looks good from outside, scratched from inside. Seats are decent; some of the seams have the stitching coming apart, but not bad. Comes with owner's manual (and pouch), keys, and targa tool. I do not know the extensive history on this car: as I, like you, saw it, and bought it. THIS VETTE IS NOT PERFECT: If you want a show car, this is not it, and not for you. If you are looking for a muscle car to cruise around and have fun in, or a daily driver, this is it! It drives great, but it needs to be "nickel and dimed" with a screw here and stitch there, and some TLC. HOWEVER, it would not take much to make this a "show" car, with the low mileage. This Corvette has NEVER BEEN hit, painted, and remains in same condition as it was out of the box, minus 18 years of life. I have just performed a full MOBIL1 oil change, and a quick maintenance. It is ready to drive anywhere! I have tried to describe this Corvette to the best of my ability. You are welcome to come inspect and or drive the car prior to bidding. It pulls about 1/2 way up and holds strong. Release mechanism works as it should (releases and engages e-brake). 2. I have put about 400 miles on the car since listing, just because I enjoy driving it. However this upcoming hurricane "SANDY" will pretty much leave it in the garage until future buyer picks up. 3.
